What is in T.A.T.

  • Aloe vera - anti-inflammatory; antibacterial; nutrient; stimulates skin cells involved in healing and collagen production; UVA- and UVB-protectant
  • Avocado oil - penetrating; rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B4, D and E
  • Coconut oil - emollient; source of anti-inflammatory myristic acid
  • Evening primrose seed oil - emollient; anti-inflammatory; high in EFAs, particularly gamma linoleic acid
  • Grape seed oil - emollient; rich in vitamins C and E; anti-inflammatory; reparative
  • Hyaluronic acid - important collagen component; depleted by UV exposure
  • Jojoba - nature's plant substance most like human sebum; hypoallergenic; source of anti-inflammatory myristic acid; 
  • Kukui nut oil - absorbs deeply; rich in EFAs and vitamins A, C, and E
  • Palm christi oil - anti-inflammatory; source of antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral undecylenic acid
  • Palm kernel oil - moisturizing; antimicrobial; rich in lauric acid
  • Rosehip seed oil - rich in vitamins A and C and EFAs; UVA-protectant and reparative
  • Sea buckthorn oil - rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, E and K, selenium and EFAs--including the rare omega-7; UVB-protectant
  • Shea butter - emollient; rich in vitamins A and E and EFAs; UVB-protectant and reparative
  • Botanical extracts, essential oils and hydrosols - of helichrysum, lavender, manuka, rosemary, tea tree and witch hazel--known variously for their herbal antibacterial (gram-positive and -negative), anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, nutrient and reparative properties.
